Our Impact Shield initiative honors, supports, and unites those who protect our communities and our country — including active-duty military personnel, Veterans, EMS professionals, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and Gold Star families.

The MVP Veterans Program is a recognition program and public awareness campaign dedicated to honoring the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
Through print, radio, digital media, film, and public service announcements (PSAs), we tell the stories of U.S. Veterans and recognize them as the true MVPs of American society — men and women whose service, sacrifice, courage, and commitment have helped protect our country and preserve our freedoms.

Through our flagship initiative, Impact Shield, InTake Impact Corp transforms recognition into action by honoring sacrifice, raising awareness, promoting mutual aid, and strengthening the connection between those who serve and the communities they protect. The Impact Shield Awareness Program produces a series of print, audio, and film public service announcements featuring firsthand testimonials from first responders, service members, Veterans, Gold Star families, and community advocates.

Comprehensive initiatives designed to support first responders and their families
Our flagship recognition and awareness initiative: a multi-channel campaign that publicly celebrates the sacrifice of first responders through print, audio, and film public service announcements, branded recognition events, and community activation led by Ambassador Mitch "The Rock" Richmond.
★ Flagship ProgramDedicated to enhancing the mental and physical well-being of first responders and their families. We collaborate with trainers, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and advocates to offer workshops, coaching, exercise programs, healthy eating initiatives, and counseling sessions.
★ Holistic WellnessOur volunteers are the heart of our organization. Their selfless acts and commitment to supporting first responders, veterans, and Gold Star families demonstrate that service starts at home. Community service hours and internship opportunities available.
★ Service & InternshipsRapid-response financial aid, mental-health referrals, and transitional support grants for first responder families and veterans. Our fund delivers direct, measurable assistance to those who need it most.
★ Direct SupportPop-up exhibits, school presentations, and mutual-aid workshops that translate awareness into local action. We partner with local governments, service organizations, and media outlets to strengthen community resilience.
★ Local ImpactCreating meaningful employment opportunities for veterans through partnerships with InTake Global & Beverages operations, including fulfillment centers, manufacturing facilities, and arena concessions.

InTake Global & Beverages donates 20% of net proceeds from InTake Rescue Raspberry Aide to InTake Impact Corp — supporting programs and initiatives benefiting first responders, active-duty military personnel, Veterans, Gold Star families, and the communities they serve.
First responders and the military community represent a core consumer base for InTake Rescue. By connecting product sales directly to impact, we are creating a model where consumers, retailers, and strategic partners can participate in supporting those who serve.
